Infrared body temperature screening device, also known as infrared rapid screening device for human surface temperature, abbreviated as infrared temperature screening device or infrared screening device, is an instrument that can quickly detect human surface temperature without contact. The instrument consists of a core processing system, a display screen, 14 sets of temperature detection sensors, alarm devices, chassis brackets, and other hardware, as well as operating and computing system software. It has the characteristics of non-contact, wide temperature range, short response time, fast screening speed, and high measurement accuracy. Using sensors imported from Belgium and utilizing the principle of infrared thermal radiation to quickly and effectively screen and measure the surface temperature of the human body. During the screening process, if a suspicious fever patient is found, the instrument immediately activates the alarm device, emits flashing indicator lights and voice broadcasts the detected surface temperature data of the human body. When linked to network cameras, access control, turnstiles or other braking devices, the linked devices will react in a timely and effective manner to prevent cross infection of human flow and prevent it in advance.

5. Turn on the sound and light alarm device when the body temperature is too high to avoid cross infection during abortion. When the body temperature is normal, the green light indicates normal passage;
6. Compliant with the European RoHS standard, the screening device does not contain harmful substances to the human body, making it safer to use;
7. Adopting automatic compensation calibration technology for environmental temperature, the compensation calibration mode is automatically switched to effectively avoid the impact of changes in environmental temperature on the measurement accuracy of the screening instrument;
8. Supporting relay output control system to control the opening and closing of other linked devices, such as access control and turnstiles;

Principle of Infrared Thermal Radiation
In nature, all objects with temperatures above * * zero are constantly emitting infrared radiation energy into the surrounding space. The size and wavelength distribution of infrared radiation energy in the human body are closely related to its surface temperature. The infrared wavelength emitted by the human body at (36-37 ℃) is 9-13 μ m. Therefore, by measuring the wavelength of infrared radiation emitted by the human body itself, it is possible to accurately use the principle of infrared reception to measure the thermal radiation on the forehead and display the surface temperature of the measured object. This is the objective basis for non-contact infrared temperature measurement.
Brief introduction
Human beings are the world's largest animals and also warm blooded animals because there is a temperature regulation center in the human body, located in the hypothalamus. Its main function is to regulate human body temperature. For example, when a person is in a lower environment, the thermoregulatory center will guide the body to increase heat production and decrease heat dissipation; If at higher ambient temperatures, the thermoregulatory center will guide the body to increase heat dissipation and reduce heat production. So the human body temperature will maintain a normal temperature at any ambient temperature.
When a contagious virus invades the human body, it can stimulate the body's cells to produce thermogenic cytokines that act on the hypothalamus, raising the body temperature setting point above normal temperature. This causes the hypothalamic neuroendocrine cells to become excited, and through the efferent nerves, they secrete the hormone thyrotropin releasing hormone, leading to an increase in body temperature.
Communicable viruses include: Zika virus, dengue fever, Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS), Ebola virus, H7N9 avian influenza, chikungunya fever, human avian influenza, hand foot mouth, H1N1 swine influenza, H3N2 influenza, viruses and epidemics (influenza).
The infrared body temperature screening device is an instrument that can quickly detect the body surface temperature of the human body. The person being tested can quickly measure the body surface temperature without stopping. Therefore, the infrared temperature screening device is particularly suitable for screening people with high body temperature caused by the presence of infectious viruses in rapid abortion channels, thus achieving the goal of avoiding virus transmission.
The infrared temperature screening device has extended functions: it can be equipped with a relay output control system, which is used to link access control, turnstiles and other braking devices, and to turn on and off connected braking devices; An optional network camera and video surveillance system can be installed, which can be connected to a camera to trigger a human body overheating alarm and record real-time photos for storage.
2、 Instrument analysis
1. Core processing system: The motherboard is installed inside the chassis and fixed back-to-back with the display screen. It consists of a core high-speed CPU, capacitors, resistors, inductors, crystal diodes, crystal transistors, integrated circuits, and other components. It has the characteristics of high wiring density, light weight, thin thickness, and good safety, and is the most critical component of the overall measurement response time.
2. Display screen: Adopting a 128 * 64 dot matrix LCD display screen, the main function is to quickly refresh the real-time display of the human surface temperature values detected by the sensor, and equipped with a dedicated film protection to ensure clear and intuitive values. The temperature display range is 35 ℃ -42 ℃. When no one passes by, it displays "Lo", and when the surface temperature of the human body is above 42 ℃, it displays "Hi".
3. Sensor:
3.1. Adopting medical grade precision sensors imported from Belgium, with thermal gradient compensation function, consisting of infrared thermopile detectors and dedicated signal processing chip packaging. 14 sets of temperature detection sensors are vertically arranged and fixedly installed, with a spacing of 60mm; Detection angle: 3°FOV; Recommended measurement distance: 400mm-600mm; Maximum measurement distance: 1100mm; 14 sets of sensors have a cyclic detection response time of 250ms.
3.2. The sensor itself can simultaneously measure the ambient temperature and the surface temperature of the human body.
3.2.1. Environmental temperature Ta
The sensor substrate temperature is measured by PTAT, and all sensor control and data processing are processed on the chip. The linearized sensor chip temperature Ta can also be read from the new product memory. The calculated temperature has a resolution of 0.02 ℃, and the linearized substrate temperature reading is stored in the 006h register of RAM at address 0 × 06

4. Alarm device: The alarm device consists of an alarm indicator light and a voice module. When the surface temperature of the human body detected by the infrared temperature screening device is higher than the set alarm value (default alarm value set by the factory is 37.5 ℃), the sound and light alarm function is automatically activated: the light flashes and the voice is broadcasted, with the content of "high body temperature+real-time temperature value". For example, when the detected surface temperature of the human body is 37.8 ℃, the broadcast content is: "High body temperature, body temperature 37.8 ℃".
5. Chassis and bracket:
5.1 The overall chassis is made of metal sheet metal, and the inside and outside are treated with spray coating technology. It uses the phenomenon of corona discharge to adsorb powder coating on the surface of the chassis, which has the characteristics of advanced technology, energy saving and high efficiency, safety and reliability, and bright color. Single door ventilation design effectively improves system operation speed and electronic component lifespan.
5.2. The bracket is available in two types: lateral bracket and lifting bracket. Both brackets are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel material, which is transparent throughout and has a beautiful overall structure. The lateral bracket adopts fixed stainless steel seamless square tube; The lifting bracket adopts a lifting stainless steel seamless round tube. Both types of brackets are equipped with anti slip movable square chassis.
6. Operating operation system software: The system software is a specialized software independently developed by our company for the infrared temperature screening instrument. We have successfully applied for and issued the "Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate" to the National Copyright Administration of the People's Republic of China. The software does not require any operation. After the power is turned on, the system automatically starts to warm up and enters working mode after 10 seconds.
7. Relay output system: used to connect access control, turnstiles and other braking equipment. When the body surface temperature heat source exceeds 37.5 ℃, the connected braking equipment will be turned on and off.
8. Network camera video surveillance system: using a million pixel waterproof and dustproof network camera, 4x zoom, 720P high-definition camera, pan tilt rotation, efficient and stable. Just connect a network cable to the router, and the video surveillance platform can be automatically controlled by the upper computer control software to take photos. When the human body has a fever, an over temperature alarm is triggered and real-time photos are taken and recorded for storage (the photos come with the current human body temperature display).
